I purchased Power Email Harvester. Can I install the program on two computers?
Power Email Harvester is licensed on a "per-computer" basis. This means that you must purchase a license for each separate computer that it will be installed or used on.

Can I only extract emails using Power Email Harvester? I do not want to send bulk email now.
Sure. You can find corresponding option in Options->Email.
By default the option is unchecked. If it is checked, the program will extract emails and deliver your email message to each extracted emails while extracting.

I got a message said that "DNS not answer.."? What I should do?
This message means that the program cannot detect you DNS server address automatically. You may use specified DNS server address. Read this article for more information.

What is the advantage to set 1, 20, 100, or 512 connections?
The more connections, the more email addresses will be verified at the same time. If you set 100 connections, it is the same thing as 100 computers searching email addresses.

I got many email addresses with Power Email Harvester. Are they really real email addresses?
They are real email addresses! You may try to sign up a found email address. Email provider will tell you that the email address already exists.
